We provide weekly, bi weekly, as well as 3 times per month inspection service. During our thorough visual inspection you will receive a time stamped report of our findings. We will gather mail and packages too.  This service will make you compliant with your home owners insurance provider.  

We can be your point of contact for contractors or service techs. This means we will be there when they arrive and will make sure the work was completed to your standards, providing you with pictures of the progress. 

Coming back from a trip? Don't want tthe hassle of going to the store? Send us a list, we will get and put away all of the items you have requested. 

We can take the burden of having a short term rental home here. Let us handle the inspection and basic maintenance on the home.  This way you can kick back and truly have passive income. At Welcome Home we are available 24/7 so we will be the point of contact for your tenants. 

When you are away, we will hook your vehicle to a trickle charger. Also we will start it maintain air pressure. Check Fluids. As well as move it to avoid flat spots on your tires. Does it need to go in for scheduled maintenance? We will bring it

Alarm call response. We will quickly respond, secure the home and deal with everything.
